16,000 Strong is the only student government committee dedicated to educating, empowering, and uniting the Boston University campus against sexual assault. Members work to foster a safer, healthier, and happier community while educating students about safe sex, consent, and sexual agency. We host events to raise awareness about sexual violence, workshops to educate groups on campus, and advise student government and the Boston University administration on ways to improve their policies surrounding sexual harassment and assault.
